Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 Ed Foundation's Taco & Trivia Night Puts the Fun in Fundraising

The Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 Educational Foundation recently hosted its annual Trivia Night Fundraiser for innovative programs.

On Friday, April 24th, the Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 Educational Foundation welcomed more than 200 community members to its highly anticipated Tacos & Trivia fundraiser held at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. Guests gathered for an evening filled with friendly competition, great food, and plenty of laughter as 22 teams put their trivia skills to the test.

The competition went beyond trivia as participants vied for the best-themed table, adding another layer of excitement and competitive fun to the night.

Raising nearly $20,000 through the incredible generosity of attendees and supporters, this was a record-breaking year for fundraising in support of D123 educators. These funds will go directly toward providing additional classroom resources, innovative learning opportunities, and enriching experiences for students across the district.
