The Hills Chamber of Commerce is inviting seniors, caregivers and families to attend its 2nd Annual Senior Resource Fair on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Hickory Hills Community Center, 7800 W. 89th Place, Hickory Hills.
The free event will offer attendees the opportunity to meet with a wide range of businesses and service providers focused on issues that matter most to older adults and their families. Vendors expected to attend include representatives from ComEd, Nicor, insurance companies, Medicare brokers, banks, physical therapy providers, mortgage companies, funeral homes, and more.
Also participating in the fair will be the Illinois Tollway, where attendees can get assistance with tollway-related questions, and iCash, which will be available to help individuals search for unclaimed property.
Organizers say the fair is especially helpful for those approaching age 65 and beginning to navigate important decisions regarding Medicare, insurance supplements and other senior-related services. Caregivers and family members are also encouraged to attend to gather information and connect with trusted professionals.
The Senior Resource Fair is designed to make it easier for community members to get answers, explore resources and speak directly with experts — all in one convenient location.
