Northwestern Palos Hospital Recognized In U.S. News & World Report Best Hospital Rankings

PALOS HEIGHTS, IL—For the 15th consecutive year, Northwestern Memorial Hospital has once again been recognized among the nation's elite hospitals, retaining its prestigious Honor Roll designation in the 2026-2027 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals rankings, the healthcare system said in a statement.

Northwestern Memorial Hospital achieved regional No. 1 (tie) rankings in Illinois and the Chicago metropolitan area.

The rankings also highlight strong performances across Northwestern Medicine's regional hospitals. Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital, which tied for the thirteenth ranking in Illinois and in the Chicago metropolitan area, achieved “High Performing” in 10 procedures and conditions.
