4 Appear On Video Forcing Way Into Former Residence Hall On Trinity Campus: Police

PALOS HEIGHTS, IL—Burglars broke into the former Trinity Christian College late evening on Aug. 23. Palos Heights police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the alleged perps.

Around 11:30 p.m. Aug. 23, surveillance video captured four young adults forcing a door open and entering Tibstra Hall. Once inside the former residence hall, the group carted off items from the property, Palos Heights police said.

All four suspects who were captured on security video appear to be white, including:

The first male suspect had a man bun and was wearing a camouflage jacket and gray sweatpants.

The second male suspect was wearing a Louis Vuitton T-shirt, with tattoos on his right wrist and a silver watchband.

The third male suspect has tattoos on both arms and is wearing red shoes and a red shirt.

The lone woman in the group is blond, with tattoos on her left wrist as well as her right leg above the knee, police said.

There was some attempt by the group to conceal their faces from security cameras, but eventually they let their guard down and appeared on video roaming the halls or scratching themselves.

Trinity Christian College permanently closed in May after its final graduation class. The 60-acre campus was sold to Chicago Christian Educational Opportunities LLC.
