Cop On A Rooftop Fundraiser Returns To Tinley Park Dunkin' Locations

TINLEY PARK, IL — Tinley Park police will take to the rooftops of local Dunkin' shops May 15 for the annual Cop on a Rooftop fundraiser for Special Olympics Illinois.

Tinley Park Police MAP 192 Union invites everyone to join the Tinley Park Law Enforcement Torch Run at all Tinley Park Dunkin' locations from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. Its member will "take the rooftops, shake the can, and raise money for the incredible athletes of Special Olympics Illinois," representatives said.

Customers who donate will be given a coupon for a free donut. Guests who donate $10 or more will receive a coupon for a free hot coffee.

Now in its 23rd year, Dunkin's Cop on a Rooftop has raised more than $11.1 million for Special Olympics Illinois.

The event is a collaboration between Dunkin', Special Olympics Illinois, and local law enforcement partners statewide to raise critical funds for Special Olympics athletes.
