Kirby School District 140 Students Recognized at IPA Student Recognition Breakfast

Illinois Principals Association honors 14 outstanding D140 students

Fourteen outstanding students from Kirby School District 140 received awards from the Illinois Principals Association (IPA). Nominated by their classroom teachers and accompanied to the ceremony by District administrators and family members, the students were honored for their citizenship, academics, character, and integrity at a breakfast held at The Odyssey Country Club on Thursday, May 7.

Congratulations to Bannes Elementary’s Tomas Morcos and Adriana Stankevicius; Fernway Elementary’s Vivian Virgen and Michael Zulevic; Keller Elementary’s Maggie Babjak and Matthew Zdanewicz; McAuliffe Elementary’s Bridget Clarke and John Piet; Millennium Elementary’s Julia Aviles and Jad Ghaboun; Grissom Middle School’s Madelyn Herrmann and Liam Roper; and Prairie View Middle School’s Allison Birrell and Evan Panagiotopolous.
