Work Starts On Crescent Street Resurfacing Project

The road resurfacing is expected to impact parking near the College Avenue Metra Station.

WHEATON, IL — Crews have begun road resurfacing along part of Crescent Street in Wheaton.

The project will make street parking unavailable near the College Avenue Metra Station from President Street to Hill Avenue, according to an update from the city.

Some daily fee and leased parking spaces will be closed, as will some spaces in Parking Lot 6.

Parking Lot 7 will offer alternative daily fee parking and Lot 8 will offer alternative leased parking.

It's expected the road resurfacing project could last up to three weeks.
