Winnetka
THEFT
- Identity - Sept. 1 at 12:47 p.m.
- A resident told police that a check they sent in the mail was altered to be worth more than $5,000.

- Theft - Sept. 1 at 8:48 a.m.
- A 23-year-old Chicago woman was arrested for theft under $500.
- Traffic - Sept. 1 at 8:27 p.m.
- A 19-year-old Morton Grove man was arrested for speeding 26-34 mph over the posted speed limit.
- Traffic - Sept. 6 at 1:22 a.m.
- A 32-year-old Des Plaines woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. She was also cited for illegal transportation of alcohol, operation of an uninsured vehicle, disobeying a stop sign and improper lane usage.
Glencoe
ARRESTS
- Traffic - Sept. 4
- A 27-year-old Chicago man was arrested and cited for not having a registration light, driving an uninsured vehicle and improper use of a title/registration.
- Traffic - Sept. 5
- A 70-year-old Des Plaines man was arrested and cited for driving with a suspended license, an expired registration and no seat belt.
- Traffic - Sept. 7
- A 20-year-old Northbrook woman was arrested and cited for speeding 11-14 mph over the posted speed limit and driving on a suspended license.
