This Season's Holiday Happenings In Fishers

FISHERS, IN — The holiday season comes with busy schedules, several events and sometimes more holly and jolly than you can handle. However, Hamilton County has released their lineup of holiday happenings weeks before Thanksgiving, so you can plan and schedule as much festive fun as you and your family and friends can take.

Country Christmas

Halloween may be over, but you can still make a visit to Stonycreek Farm in Noblesville and hop on a wagon to the Christmas tree farm to pick the perfect tree. Smaller festive décor like wreaths and poinsettias in the gift shop will have your house adorned in festive décor in no time.

Reynold’s Christmas Lights Display

Passersby can’t miss this light display along I-69 in Fishers, shining bright in the night sky. Drive through this free holiday display of a million lights, featuring the classic cast of holiday characters.

Gingerbread Village at Conner Prairie

Amateurs and professionals made handcrafted gingerbread masterpieces and they’re on display for all to see. Marvel at the gingerbread house creations, both traditional and with a twist, and cast a vote for your favorite.

Conner Prairie by Candlelight

Stroll through 1836 Prairietown where it’s the night before Christmas and see how new settlers to Indiana’s frontier carried on family traditions. This family-friendly, 90-minute walking tour is ideal for those ages 7 and up.

Holiday Cheers

Toast to the holidays at this adults-only evening of hors d’oeuvres, wine, craft beer and spirits. With beverage in hand, visit Prairietown to partake in historical cooking demonstrations and see 19th-century holiday traditions.

Festive Fun in the New Year

Visit Hamilton County invites all to ring in 2018 at the Palladium's New Year's Eve Extravaganza. The Ice at Center Green in Carmel and the Federal Hill Commons Ice Plaza remain open past Jan. 1.
