This morning, jail administrators were made aware of an improper release that occurred on November 1, 2021 at approximately 9:00 AM.
Jamarcius Quayshaun Fisher (30) was incarcerated as a pre-trail detainee on charges of Aggravated Burglary, Domestic Battery and Criminal Damage to Property. A warrant for Fisher’s arrest has been issued.
