This Eatery Serves Up The Best Tacos In MD, New List Says

When deciding where to spend their Taco Tuesdays, one eatery rises above the rest for Maryland diners, according to a new list.

The writers at Only In Your State recently compiled their picks for the most unforgettable taco spot in each state.

To do this, the writers combed through the publication's archives and consulted local experts to find the 50 best spots that truly deliver, from the longtime legends to the family-run gems to the under-the-radar favorites that locals return to again and again.

In Maryland, that spot is El Ranchero in Hagerstown.

What started as a family's dream to bring authentic Mexican flavors to Maryland has grown into a local institution. One of the first Mexican restaurants in Hagerstown, El Ranchero has been serving the community since 1993
