New Country-Style Restaurant Comes To Annapolis

Cracker Barrel's arrival in Annapolis marks the restaurant's 10th location in Maryland.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Cracker Barrel, known for its country-style dining environment and classic rocking chairs, has opened a new location for customers in Annapolis.

The restaurant, which marks its second location in Anne Arundel County, is located at 175 Jennifer Road.

Diners can get their latest dose of Cracker Barrel comfort foods from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

In theme with other locations, customers of the Annapolis base will see decorations scattered throughout the grounds that highlight the region’s gems, such as the military and naval heritage of Maryland’s capital.

"We're committed to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest can feel like family, and we look forward to serving the people of Annapolis for years to come,” General Manager John Link said in a statement announcing the opening.

Not only does the opening give residents a new dining experience, but it also marks a new channel of support for the Maryland Food Bank, which is receiving a $10,000 donation from the restaurant chain.

The Annapolis location sits about 30 minutes away from the only other Cracker Barrel in the county, in Linthicum.
