Shopping Center Days Away From Opening New Store

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The Festival at Riva shopping center is days away from hosting the opening of its latest store addition.

This Thursday, the J.Crew Factory will hold a grand opening at 2311-G Forest Drive. The apparel and accessories store will operate out of the Festival at Riva space that previously housed the Lane Bryant store.

Store director Gayle Doyle told Patch that the grand opening would include a raffle where customers have the chance to enter to win a $100 gift card. Two winners will be selected from the customer pool.

The J.Crew launch comes not long after the center held the opening for lifestyle retail store Uncharted, which took over the site of the former Party City.

The Annapolis J.Crew location will be open to customers from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday. Doors stay open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The site marks J.Crew's second location in the county, after its Arundel Mills base in Hanover.
