Child Rescued After Falling Into Inner Harbor: Report

A 10-year-old child was rescued Sunday by a bystander after falling into the Inner Harbor.

BALTIMORE, MD — A 10-year-old child was rescued by a bystander late Sunday after falling into the Inner Harbor, according to the Baltimore Sun.

The child was riding their bike when they fell into the water along the 500 block of Light Street. The incident happened around 6:30 p.m.

The 10-year-old was brought to safety after the bystander threw out a life ring, pulling them ashore. The child was later taken to a hospital.
