The Bowie Farmer's Market begins this Sunday, May 17, Bowie High School parking lot, 15200 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD, 9am-1pm. Award-winning, international children's author, Cindy Freland, will sell autographed children's books that she wrote about the animals of the Chesapeake Bay and small acrylic paintings of animals and flowers of Maryland. You will be able to shop with 50 vendors selling fresh, local fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, coffee, baked goods, microgreens, and handmade crafts. Cindy will only be set up on B days, which begin on Sunday, May 24, and every other Sunday through October 25. Look for the GREEN canopy. FREE admission, 50 vendors.
