2 Suspects Arrested After Target Robbed, Verizon Wireless Burglarized
Two men have been arrested after police say one robbed the Target in Columbia and the other burglarized the Ellicott City Verizon Wireless.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Two businesses were targeted this week by suspects, both of whom were found and arrested by police.
A man allegedly stole merchandise from the Target located in the 6100 block of Dobbin Road in Columbia Wednesday around 5:16 p.m. A store employee told Howard County police officers that when he confronted the man, the suspect assaulted the employee and took off.
Police found the suspect nearby and after a brief vehicle pursuit, arrested him. No one was injured and charges are pending for the robbery, the police department stated.

In the overnight June 24-25, a man broke into the Verizon Wireless store, located in the 9300 block of Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City. He gained access to the business by breaking a window, then stole speakers. Howard County Police found the suspect nearby and arrested him.
