2 Teens Charged In Armed Robbery In Columbia
A 14- and 15-year-old have been charged in connection to the armed robbery of two teens in Columbia, according to police.
COLUMBIA, MD — Two teens were arrested and charged in connection to an armed robbery, police reported. Sept. 4.
The incident unfolded around 3 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 10300 block of Daystar Court. Two teen boys told Howard County Police that they were approached by three males who pulled out a handgun and stole their belongings, which included cash and sneakers, before running off, according to police.
Police officers who responded to the robbery found two of the suspects nearby and arrested them. The 14- and 15-year-olds have been charged with robbery, assault, theft and weapon violations, police reported.
