Giant Food Reopens Columbia Store With Ledo Pizza, Sushi Bar

Giant Food celebrated its grand reopening of the Columbia store with a Ledo pizza Corner Store, a full service sushi bar and more.

The newly reopened Columbia store now offers an expanded seafood department, a broader selection of international foods, a Ledo pizza Corner Shop, a full service sushi bar with an in-store chef and a variety of prepared food offerings.

COLUMBIA, MD — Giant Food celebrated its reopening of the Columbia location Friday with a tour of the remodeled store and more.

Located at 8805 Centre Park Drive, community members, store employees and others gathered together for the grand reopening.

The store now offers an expanded seafood department, a broader selection of international foods, a Ledo pizza Corner Shop, a full service sushi bar with an in-store chef and a variety of prepared food offerings.

“I am very proud of our entire team at Store 300, because they are the glue that holds this store together,” said Mark Davis, Giant Food #300 Store Manager, at the grand reopening. “Since 2003, our associates have become part of our customer’s everyday lives, from helping them find what they need to celebrating special life moments together.”

Giant has headquarters in Landover and operates 163 supermarkets in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia.
