DICKERSON, MD — A motorcyclist is in critical condition after a serious crash occurred in the Dickerson area over the weekend. Montgomery County Police said crash reports emerged shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday at the 19700 block of Barnesville Road. Early findings released by authorities state the motorcyclist was hospitalized and in critical condition. No identifying information for either the motorcyclist or the driver of the car was provided by officials. Police say the driver remained at the scene throughout the scene assessment by first responders. Additional injuries were not reported. An investigation into the collision is ongoing.

We are seeking dog owners and their four-legged companions to assist in testing next-generation technology designed to distinguish between human and non-human movement in home environments! What You Will Do Location: Onsite, realistic mock-apartment setup in the Rockville, MD area. Duration: 1-hour private, 1-on-1 session with an onsite moderator. Activities: You and your dog will perform routine, everyday household activities guided by the moderator, such as walking room-to-room, playing, or searching for treats, while motion-tracking devices evaluate the environment. Participant Requirements To be eligible, you must be located in Rockville, MD or within a 1-hour drive of the area, and be willing to travel to the testing facility. You must own a well-socialized dog, be comfortable participating in light physical activity alongside your pet, and have availability on weekdays. The total payout is $150, which covers 1 hour of onsite testing and round-trip travel time (to and from the site). Note: This is an onsite project.
