10-Story Glen Burnie Building Evacuated Over 'Structural' Concerns
Construction work carried out in a Glen Burnie garage led to an office building being evacuated after officials detected "structural" risks.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — An office building in Glen Burnie was evacuated Thursday after authorities encountered "structural integrity" issues in a parking garage.
The evacuation took place at a 10-story building located on the 7300 block of Ritchie Highway, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
Citing fire officials, CBS Baltimore reported the floor had "partially shifted" while construction work was being completed on an underground parking garage at the building.
