Former Wendy's Site Sells For $800K
The site of a former Wendy's in Glen Burnie has sold to the tune of $800,000, the Hyatt Commercial company announced.
ANNE ARUNDEL CO., MD — The site of a former Wendy's location in Glen Burnie has sold for $800,000.
Hyatt Commercial announced Friday that the property at 7399 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. was sold by real estate holding firm 7399 B-A LLC.
“This transaction reflects steady demand for well-positioned retail assets,” Bill Steffey, who represented the seller, said in a release. “Buyers continue to value visibility, access, and strong corridor locations.”

The property not only includes the 2,793-square-foot, free-standing building but also features centralized access to the nearby light rail.
The buyer of the property was not named.

Built in the late 1970s, the Wendy's location permanently closed in 2021.
