Deer Creek Coffeehouse presents Shelton & Williams

Back by popular demand Shelton & Williams return to Deer Creek for their second appearance. Based in Danville, VA, the husband/wife duo of Johnny & Jeannette Williams along with guitarist/vocalist Jay Shelton bring captivating harmonies and a diverse repertoire that spans original compositions, classic country, gospel, blues, bluegrass, folk and Americana.

​Jeanette plays bass and has become one of the most successful and celebrated women in bluegrass music, Johnny is an award winning songwriter having won the prestigious Chris Austin Songwriting Award at Merlefest on 2 different occasions and is an award winning vocalist as well. Jay Shelton has been writing, singing, and playing guitar in bands and as a solo artist for over 40 years.

Suggested donation is $20 for adults and $5 for youth (13-21). Only cash and checks made to Deer Creek Coffeehouse are accepted. Reservations can be made through the venue website. Doors open at 7:00 pm. Baked goods and non-alcoholic beverages sold for a nominal fee.
