We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. ARAA Home Care is currently looking for qualified CNA/PCAs in Harford and Cecil County who want to care for patients in their homes. The qualifications are as follows:
2+ year's work experience Hight School graduate or equivalent Basic Health and Tuberculosis Screening Participate in Quality Improvement Program Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Current CPR/American Heart Association and First Aid Certification Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle of public transportation Ability to think or work independently and with direction and communication with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide great patient care Answer patient calls and determine how best to assist them Provide physical support for patients or residents with daily activities, toileting, walking, standing, exercising, eating/diet, medication assistance, vital signs, basic first aid and CPR, hygiene, bathing, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing Follow the client's service plan &amp; documenting any changes in the clients condition Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature
