The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The official results are in from the Tuesday election to fill three seats on the Havre de Grace City Council. According to the city, absentee and provisional ballots were counted Thursday. The <a href="https://havredegracemd.gov/official-2026-election-results-as-of-may-7-2026/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">official results</a> are as follows: <ul><li>Casi Boyer: 843 total votes</li><li>Lizz Clarke: 773 total votes</li><li>David Gleen: 717 total votes</li><li>George Kasnic: 644 total votes</li><li>Victoria Miller: 162 total votes</li><li>Tammy Lynn Schneegas: 432 total votes</li><li>Kirk D. Smith: 431 total votes</li></ul> On Tuesday's election day, 1,475 ballots were cast. There were 62 absentee (mail-in) ballots sent out and 55 received, but one wasn't accepted. There were 17 provisional ballots received but only three were accepted. Total ballots accepted tallied 1,532.
