BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A total of five businesses will be opening at a new mixed-use site in Cockeysville, near the Ashland Marketplace Shopping Center.
Dunkin’, Elite Golf Studios, The Goddard School, GPT Wine & Spirits, and Spicy Olive Indian Restaurant will all be opening at the Hunt Valley Exchange, a new mixed-use development along York Road.
The St. John Properties firm said in a release that all of the establishments, except the early education Goddard School, will be opening by the end of the year.

Goddard, which is relocating from its Sparks location, isn't expected to open until the second quarter of 2027. The new location will be equipped to serve nearly 200 students and employ a staff of 40, franchise owner Chuck Sabia said in a statement.
Both the spirits and Indian cuisine restaurant will be operated by local resident Girish Garg, who has also run Café Spice at Yorkridge Center North since 2011.

Garg said in a statement that his new eatery will be "the only Maryland restaurant offering an Indian buffet for both lunch and dinner, and will also feature a variety of naan pizzas along with Indian Street Food."
The five leases secured by St. John Properties amount to more than 26,000 square feet, leaving the site 67% leased. The firm acquired the 17-acre site in 2023 and now has about 30,000 square feet of flex space remaining, according to the company.
