Rob's Barbershop Community Foundation

Rob's Barbershop Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making essential grooming services accessible to populations facing significant barriers to hygiene. Based in Odenton, Maryland, the foundation operates out of Arundel High School and has been actively managing community-focused charitable projects since March 2000. By bridging the gap between those in need and professional care, the organization works to ensure that individuals in schools, shelters, and social service agencies can maintain a clean and professional appearance.

The foundation specializes in social impact programs, most notably the Hair Pair Project, which utilizes a smart database to match local barbers and hairstylists with agencies and schools requiring grooming support. Additionally, the organization established a full-service on-site salon at Arundel High School to provide students with hands-on hair care training and skill development. These initiatives are designed to help participants prepare for job interviews, employment, and academic success by removing common obstacles to personal care.
