PIKESVILLE, MD — A man is missing, and authorities are asking for help finding him. He was last seen at 6 p.m. Monday in Pikesville, according to police.
Richard Adams, 27, was in the area of Horizon Circle before he disappeared, officials said.
At the time, he was wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
