The Local namesake was launched by Trabbold through his Fallston flagship location in Harford County. It operates under the Evolved Hospitality Group.
"While we shared the same name, our organization has not operated that location for approximately one year, and it's been under separate management," Trabbold said.

"We're saddened to hear of its closure as we understand firsthand the challenges of small businesses, that small businesses face and the dedication it takes to succeed in this industry."
The Local on The Avenue first opened in the White Marsh area in August 2023, taking up the space that previously housed Wayward Smokehouse.
