Man Killed, Woman Hospitalized After Pikesville Shooting: Police

PIKESVILLE, MD — A man is dead and a woman remains hospitalized after a shooting broke out in Pikesville late Tuesday.

The Baltimore County Police said the fatal shooting took place in the 9000 block of Iron Horse Lane, with officers responding to the area shortly after 11:30 p.m.

At the scene, authorities found a 41-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman who had both suffered gunshot wounds.

While the woman was hospitalized, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Neither individual was publicly identified by police.

No other details were released about the shooting.
