FedEx Delivery Goes Awry As Man Steals $25K In Silver Bars

Police are searching for a man who they say stole $25,000 in silver bars during a FedEx delivery.

ROCKVILLE, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is searching for a man they say stole $25,000 in silver bars during a FedEx delivery.

Police said in a release that the felony theft occurred on Feb. 25 in the 14000 block of Nadine Drive in Rockville.

The man posed as the intended recipient, accepting the FedEx shipment of the silver bars while standing in the driveway of the home where the bars were addressed.
