Boutique Tea House (With Fried Chicken) To Open 1st MoCo Eatery

ROCKVILLE, MD — A popular Northern Virginia tea house is set to open a new branch in Montgomery County by late September, marking its first location in Maryland.

The new Teas’n You Fusion Tea House location will be in Rockville at 838 Rockville Pike, Unit C. An official opening date is booked for Saturday, Sept. 26.

"The wait is officially over! We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a space where great drinks, amazing food, and good company come together," the brand said in an announcement.

The boutique eatery offers a selection of teas, coffee, pastries and halal chicken.

Since its 2017 founding in Vienna, the tea house has become known for its menu offerings and late-night hours that run until 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. Listed daily hours for the Rockville site, however, are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The grand opening will include special deals for customers. Residents interested in attending the event can expect buy-one, get-one specials, free cupcakes for the first 100 guests, and raffle prizes.
