Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce Celebrates More Than 100 Years of Business in greater Silver Spring at Roaring '20s Awards & Installation Event

Silver Spring, MD – The Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce (GSSCC) invites business leaders, community partners, elected officials, and supporters to step back into the glamour and excitement of the Roaring Twenties during its annual Awards & Installation Event on Tuesday, June 16, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the AFI Silver Theatre in Downtown Silver Spring.

Commemorating more than a century of doing business in greater Silver Spring being represented by a Chamber, this signature event will celebrate the individuals, organizations, and businesses that continue to shape the community's future while honoring the rich history that has defined its past.

Inspired by the year 1925, when the Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce was founded, and the spirit of the Roaring Twenties—an era marked by innovation, growth, and opportunity—the evening will feature awards presentations, leadership installation, networking, and special recognition of those whose contributions have strengthened Greater Silver Spring's business and civic community.

Guests will enjoy a memorable evening highlighting the people and organizations that make Greater Silver Spring a vibrant place to live, work, and do business. The program will also reflect on the remarkable evolution of Silver Spring over the past 100 years and recognize leaders who continue to drive progress and prosperity throughout the region.

The Awards & Installation Event serves as one of the Chamber's premier annual gatherings, bringing together businesses, nonprofits, government, and community leaders for an evening of celebration and connection.
