EPOCH Senior Living Launches ‘EPOCH Exchange’
Educational Resource Center features podcasts and educational materials for caregivers of older adults and those seeking senior living

WALTHAM MA. From planning for independent living or assisted living to understanding dementia care and supporting a loved one through memory loss, EPOCH Exchange is a new educational resource center developed by EPOCH Senior Living to provide practical guidance for older adults, loved ones, and caregivers.
Available through both the Waterstone Senior Living and Bridges® by EPOCH websites, EPOCH Exchange is the shared name for each brand’s educational resource section.
Waterstone’s resources focus on independent living, assisted living, wellness, lifestyle, and planning for life in a senior living community, while Bridges’ resources cover dementia education, memory care, caregiver support, and practical strategies for helping loved ones living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Across both sites, EPOCH Exchange features free podcasts, videos, FAQs, and articles designed to offer expert guidance and compassionate support at different stages of the senior living and caregiving journey.
