International award winning Botanical Arts designer Sarah Boynton will share her talents designing jewelry and other accessories using natural materials at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7th, at the Mashpee Public Library. All are welcome. The picture of the Boynton Rose Broach is an example of her artistic beauty created through the use of foraged natural materials. Sarah and other artists in this medium have created exquisite necklaces, crowns, dresses, purses, pins, etc., which she will share.
Sarah Boynton's latest book, Botanical Arts, will be available for purchase and signing.
After her presentation, Sarah will join Mashpee Garden Club members and guests in creating the 80 “Welcome Fall” bouquets for Mashpee’s Meals on Wheel's recipients. You are welcome to help fashion these small seasonal arrangements.

Cape Cod Maritime Museum

Join Joe Yukna of the Cape Cod Military Museum for an engaging and visually rich program featuring a mix of official military photographs and rare snapshots from private albums. Discover the “inside stories” behind these images, uncover forgotten local details, and even catch a glimpse of the three Black Bear mascots that lived at Camp Edwards in 1941. This program is designed to be more of a conversation than a traditional lecture—questions, comments, and shared insights are highly encouraged!
Part of our History on Tap series—join us for an evening of local history, conversation, and craft brews.
Admission: $10 per person / $5 for members
Must be 21+ to sample beer; IDs will be checked at the door.
Enjoy craft beer from our sponsor, Cape Cod Beer, along with cheese, crackers, water, and non-alcoholic beer options.
We highly recommend reserving your tickets on our website in advance. Popular events often sell out quickly, and we cannot always accommodate walk-ins. Don’t miss out—plan and secure your spot!
