2 Hospitalized After Stabbing Near Boston Dunkin'

BOSTON, MA — Two people were hospitalized following a stabbing outside a Dunkin' on Thursday, according to the Boston Police Department.

Officers responded to the area of 30 Lancaster Street at approximately 11:16 a.m. for a report of a stabbing, police told Patch. The stabbing reportedly occurred outside a Dunkin' near the MBTA's North Station.

Two victims were taken to local hospitals. According to police, preliminary information indicates one of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries.

Homicide detectives were requested and responded to the scene.

Authorities did not immediately release information about the identities of the victims or the circumstances surrounding the stabbing. No arrests had been made as of Thursday afternoon, and police said the scene remained "very active."
