Beloved MA Food Hall Is The Best In The Nation, USA Today Readers Say

BOSTON, MA — A popular food hall in Boston has just been crowned the No. 1 Best Food Hall in the country in the 2026 USA TODAY 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards.

High Street Place took the No. 1 spot in USA TODAY's annual awards. While nominees are handpicked by a panel of experts, the final winners come down to the people, as determined by votes from diners across the country.

In the heart of Downtown Boston, High Street Place is home to 21 food and drink vendors, with a lineup that showcases Boston’s food scene. The 20,000-square-foot space opened at 100 High St. back in 2022.

The food hall features favorites like sushi at Fuji at High Street Place, award-winning burgers at Wheelhouse and fried chicken sandwiches at Haley Jane’s. There’s also North East of the Border serving authentic Mexican flavors, Stack & Schmear stacking up bagels and sandwiches, and so much more.

The hall also features a five-story atrium, a living green wall, and retractable windows for nice weather days.
