On November 26, Maple & Ash will host Thanksgiving in its new Boston home marking the beginning of its first holiday season in the Seaport. In addition to serving its signature menu of “raw & chill” sea treasures, caviar service, seafood, and chops, executive chef Jorge Campos will add specialty dishes to its culinary lineup that are rooted in homestyle comfort.
The turkey plate ($79) will be offered exclusively on Thanksgiving with black truffle turkey, Brussels sprouts, chanterelles, and silky pommes purée served with black truffle jus. There also is roasted chestnut stuffing ($15) crafted with pumpernickel, apple butter, pork sausage, and ricotta.
Maple & Ash will continue its holiday season through December, opening its doors on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Over Christmas, there will be a prime rib ($95) special with garlic-roasted prime rib, creamed spinach, peppercorn jus, and horseradish cream. On the final evening of 2026, the halls will be decked with New Year merriment including balloons, a shot luge, and party favors that will be accompanied by a multi-course prix fixe menu ($250 per person) complete with bubbles.
