Brookline Police Notify Community Of Level 3 Sex Offender's Presence
The man has no registered address and is believed to be homeless.

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department has issued a community notification regarding a sex offender reportedly residing in the area.
Sean M. Thomas, 57, is classified by the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board as a Level 3 sex offender. According to the board, Thomas is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs approximately 215 pounds, has brown eyes, and gray or partially gray hair. The registry also lists several aliases associated with Thomas, including Maurice Thomas, Marcus Benson, Steven Watts, Stephen Watts, Edward Foley, and Sean Garner.
According to the Sex Offender Registry Board, Thomas is homeless and does not have a registered address on file. The registry states he was convicted of aggravated rape in 1991. Massachusetts classifies Level 3 offenders as posing a high risk of reoffending and a high degree of danger to the public.

Brookline police said the notification is being issued to meet the department's obligations under the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry law and emphasized that Thomas is not wanted by police.
