2 Burlington Companies Named Among Best Places To Work In 2026, New List Says

BURLINGTON, MA — Two Burlington-based businesses have been named among more than 1,600 organizations recognized in the 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces list.

Northbridge Services and City Building Engineering Services are the Burlington companies that earned the honor as part of the sixth annual national Top Workplaces program, a collaboration between Energage and USA TODAY that highlights employers with strong employee feedback and workplace culture.

The 2026 survey evaluated 2,375 organizations nationwide throughout 2025 and recognized 1,661 companies based on standout employee responses covering areas such as pay and benefits, leadership, direction, meaningfulness of work, and appreciation.

Winners are divided into four size categories: 2,500+ employees, 1,000 to 2,499 employees, 500 to 999 employees and fewer than 499 employees. Within each category, Energage ranks the top 100 employers, with remaining honorees listed alphabetically.

The recognition is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through Energage’s survey, which measures employees' experiences of workplace culture rather than financial performance or management evaluation.
