Bakery, Cafe Plans To Open In Burlington: Here's Where, When
A local resident has been approved to open a bakery and cafe in Burlington.
BURLINGTON, MA — JulieAnne's Bakery and Cafe is planning to open in late April or May, according to Burlington Cable Access Television News.
The bakery will be located at Unit 3A at 154 Cambridge St. in The Shoppes at Simonds Park and will be operated by resident Julie Lewis.
From 2007 to 2008, Lewis attended the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts Professional Baking and Pastry Program and was the bakery manager at Burlington Wegmans. She has also been the senior pantry manager at People Helping People, which runs the Burlington Food Pantry.

JulieAnne's Bakery and Cafe will offer bakery classics like pies, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, scones, and cookies, as well as sandwiches and an afternoon tea service.
The Select Board approved a general license for the establishment at a recent meeting, The Daily Times Chronicle reported.
