I-495 North All Lanes Reopened Near Chelmsford After Crash
The northbound side of I-495 at exit 33 in Chelmsford was closed after a crash, but has since reopened.
CHELMSFORD, MA — All lanes are back open, after they were closed on Interstate 495 in Chelmsford near the Northbound exit 33 because of a crash, according to MassDOT.
Around 3:30 Tuesday a crash screeched traffic to a halt on the main thoroughfare. Lanes reopened within the hour, but traffic was backed up for some 5 miles.
