This workshop offers the perfect reset for your mind, body, and nervous system. No prior experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself space to rest, regulate, and restore.
About Courtney:
Courtney Lillie is a Somatic Coach, Nervous System Educator, and co-owner of Danvers Wellness Center. She helps individuals reduce stress, build resilience, and create lasting change by understanding and working with the body's stress response. Like many of the people she works with today, Courtney spent years living in a constant state of pressure. She pushed through exhaustion, ignored what her body was telling her, and searched for answers through personal development, therapy, and countless health and wellness resources. While many of those tools helped, she eventually realized that lasting change required something deeper: understanding how chronic stress was impacting every aspect of her life.
