Essex Tech To Host Annual Larkin Gala To Support Student Scholarships
The Danvers gala will raise money for The Larkin building and the Catherine Larkin Memorial Scholarship.
DANVERS, MA — Essex North Shore will host its Annual Larkin Gala next month to support The Larkin building and the Catherine Larkin Memorial Scholarship.
The event is set for Oct. 24 at 6 p.m. at The Larkin on Maple Street.

Essex Tech is also inviting individuals, foundations and businesses to support the event as sponsors. Sponsorship information is available through a separate online donation form.
As part of the gala, Essex Tech is seeking nominations for the Larkin Lifetime Achievement Award. The award recognizes individuals from the Essex Tech community and its predecessor schools who have made a lasting impact in agricultural and technical fields.

The award is named for Lt. Catherine Larkin, a World War II nurse and Essex County Agricultural School alumna. The recognition is intended to celebrate her legacy of service.
