2 Former Framingham Cops Barred From MA Law Enforcement: Report
The two men previously left the city's police force after an internal investigation into claims of misconduct.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — Two former police officers here will never hold such positions in Massachusetts again.
Reese Black and Kyle Pursell have been barred from working as officers anywhere within the commonwealth, the MetroWest Daily News reported Tuesday.
A state watchdog agency, the Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission, formally suspended the two last week – although both left their positions at the Framingham Police Department earlier this year. The department had placed Black and Pursell on leave last September as it investigated misconduct accusations against them.

Few details about the claims have been made public. Documents suggest Black and Pursell broke department rules and may have purchased and used cocaine, the newspaper wrote.
Neither man has been charged with a crime, but the investigation is continuing.
