Writing for HealingThrough weekly writing exercises and prompts, these writing sessions will offer an open and safe environment to express yourself, find personal balance, and shape new narratives.
​The intent of this writing series is to experience expressive writing as a way of healing. While writing may not cure it, it can heal, according to scientific studies. Especially in this time of great uncertainty, writing, and sharing our stories with others on parallel paths will be a way to reclaim our voices, and reconnect with our lives.

​Sharing is encouraged but not mandatory.

​This workshop series will be held in Open Spirit's Edwards Hall, located at 39 Edwards Street, Framingham.
