Framingham Man Drowns In Kayak Mishap: Cops
A bystander saw the kayak flip and the man go under the water, police said.
SOUTHBOROUGH, MA — A Framingham man died in a kayaking mishap, police said.
The Southborough police launched a search for the kayaker shortly before 4:30 p.m. Sunday after a bystander on the shore off Crystal Pond Road reported saw the boat flip and the occupant go under the water, the department said in a media release.
Southborough fire and emergency medical services also responded, according to the release, as did Massachusetts State Police divers and the state police air wing and Westborough Police Department's Drone Unit.

"The dive teams entered the water and ultimately found the body of a 43-year-old Framingham resident around 7:24 p.m.," the release said.
The investigation of the man's death remains pending, according to the release.
