Massachusetts Woman's Remains Identified Nearly 25 Years After 9/11 Attacks: "We Get Closure"

The 72-year-old dedicated much of her life to helping children with Big Brother and Big Sister, working with kids who have Down syndrome.

A Massachusetts family is finally feeling closure 25 years after losing their loved one in the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Paul Keating's mother, Barbara Keating, was a passenger on American Airlines Flight 11 out of Boston when hijackers crashed the plane into the World Trade Center in New York City.

"It's truly amazing that 24 years and two months later we get notified that my mom's remains are identified," Keating said.
