Join the Greater Milford Community Chorus for a patriotic performance of songs celebrating the American spirit, led by Music Director Mark Schiappucci.

Highlights: Works by iconic American composers including Leonard Bernstein, Aaron Copland, Arlo Guthrie, Carly Simon, Paul Simon, Philip Phillips – to name a few!

Greater Milford Community Chorus is set to host a landmark musical event, "America 250: Songs Celebrating the American Spirit," to celebrate the upcoming semiquincentennial of the United States. The performance will feature a sweeping repertoire of American choral works, ranging from founding-era hymns to contemporary arrangements that reflect the diverse cultural fabric of the nation.

The GMCC is 50-voice non-profit choral group based in Milford, Massachusetts, under the direction of Mark Schiappucci and is accompanied by the instrumental trio of Wayne Ward (piano), Robert Orr (bass), and Renato Malavasi (percussion). The program is approximately 90-minutes long, with a 20 minute intermission, and features approximately 20 songs, including solos performed by members, and pianist Wayne Ward.

Tickets are available for $12 at the door, with free admission offered to children under 10, veterans, and active-duty military members.
