The new Malden location offers services such as one-on-one personal training, small-group coaching sessions, group fitness classes, and wellness programming designed for adults of all fitness levels. The company also plans to expand offerings focused on healthy aging, youth wellness, and broader community health initiatives.

In addition to working with individual clients, PLAYHard has developed corporate wellness programs for businesses throughout Greater Boston. Those services include workplace fitness classes, wellness challenges, health education programming, and other employee wellness initiatives.

Brown is joined by a team of trainers and instructors who specialize in strength training, conditioning, mobility, and overall wellness.
