Marlborough Candle Studio Launches Community Wellness Walk Along Lake Williams

Following the walk, participants will be invited back to the Vibes Candles storefront for a post-event gathering called "The Wind Down."

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A local candle studio known for its immersive, intention-based experiences is inviting the community to step outside and reconnect with themselves through a new wellness-focused event this spring.

Vibes Candles, a Marlborough storefront known for its handcrafted crystal candles and hands-on workshops, is hosting The Vibe Check Walk, a community walk designed to center mindset, self-care and positive energy in an outdoor setting.

Participants will walk along the Lake Williams Boardwalk and surrounding trails, covering approximately 1.75 miles.

Lex Dascoli, the owner and creator of Vibes Candles, said the experience is meant to be intentional rather than fitness-focused, offering a peaceful environment for attendees to slow down, reflect and reset mentally as they walk in community.

Following the walk, participants will be invited back to the Vibes Candles storefront for a post-event gathering called “The Wind Down.” The in-store experience will include a Sip, Snack & Shop format, offering a relaxed space for connection and continuation of the event’s wellness theme.

Vibes Candles, located at 109 Main St. in Marlborough, has built its brand around intentional living, with offerings that extend beyond retail into workshops and guided experiences designed to encourage mindfulness and creativity.

Dascoli said The Vibe Check Walk™ was created to be accessible and inclusive, offering a space for people who are seeking balance, grounding, and community connection in their daily lives.

Each registered attendee will receive a branded T-shirt and a goodie bag as part of the experience. It costs $20 per attendee. You can register for the event here.
